Recreational area

The Plaza Tower offers a full range of services, including a recreational area where you can relax without having to leave the Complex. The recreational area has a complete gym, a semi-Olympic sized swimming pool, a sauna, an outdoor terrace with views of Montreal, and two outdoor tennis courts.

Laundry

There is a laundry room on the sixth floor, with many washers and dryers. It is open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

24 hour Security Service

To maintain a high level of security at the Plaza Tower, a security guard is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access cards are also required to access the apartments and furnished suites. Considered to be one of the most secure complexes in downtown Montreal, Place Alexis Nihon does everything required to maintain this high level of security.

Parking

The Complex has a multi-level parking facility with nearly 1,100 spaces, available at all times. For more information, consult the Location and Parking section.

The Plaza Tower offers furnished suites on a weekly or monthly basis. Ideal for business people or tourists, these come with a complete range of services that are sure to make your stay highly enjoyable.

Each suite offers the following amenities:
