Access

On foot

Place Alexis Nihon has a total of eight pedestrian entrances on three floors:

• 2 at Metro level;
• 4 at street level;
• 2 at mezzanine level.

In addition, McDonald’s, Nickels, Second Cup and Sports Experts also have their own outside entrances, which communicate with the inside of the Shopping Centre.

Of these entrances, three are on the level of the street and the inside of the Shopping Centre, and can be easily used by people with reduced mobility. These are the Atwater Avenue entrance, and the entrances to McDonald’s and Nickels.

Moreover, all Complex entrances have automatic doors.

By car

There are three entrances for people who come to the Complex by car. Two of these provide direct access to Place Alexis Nihon’s multi-level parking facility; the third entrance, located at 4049 Sainte-Catherine Street West, leads to the delivery area.

Going from floor to floor

Once inside the Complex, people with reduced mobility can easily go from floor to floor by elevator.

There are six elevators in the Plaza Tower, two in the Shopping Centre and six for each of the office towers. All elevators also provide access to Place Alexis Nihon’s multi-level parking facility.

The mall also has eight escalators to facilitate travel between the floors of the Shopping Centre.

Finally, there are two escalators in the lobby of the office towers linking the street level to the level with the elevators providing access to the Xerox Tower and the RSM Richter Chamberland Tower.

General circulation

Place Alexis Nihon ensures that all Shopping Centre passageways and residential/office tower common areas are kept clear, so that people can easily get around and a high level of safety can be maintained.
